For the Just For Laughs Festival 2016, we were mandates to manage en ensure the productivity of the teams on the field, plus we had to develop an efficient ticket management system for the Festival.
In order to improve ticket sales and show management results, we have, after several simulations, developed an automated system to manage all scheduled and non scheduled customers transactions. This allowed us to increase the productivity of the ticketing team that once satisfied, referred us to the marketing department with whom we are currently developing several other major projects.
